1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement to use SparkFive. By using the service you confirm this is true. We may verify your age and suspend accounts we believe belong to minors.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information, complete face verification honestly, and don't share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.
3. Tokens & payments
Tokens are a virtual item used to extend calls by five minutes each, when both people agree. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable between accounts. Your first three minutes of every match are always free.
Prices are shown before purchase. Tokens never expire. Because tokens are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable — but we automatically refund a token if a call fails within its first 30 seconds, and we'll always look at genuine billing errors in good faith.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Community Rules, which form part of these Terms. In short: be a real adult, respect consent, keep it clothed and legal, harass no one, record no one, and sell nothing. Breaking these rules can cost you your account and tokens.
5. Safety & moderation
We use automated systems and a human team to keep SparkFive safe, and we may end calls, restrict features, or remove accounts that put others at risk. While we work hard to protect you, you should still use common sense when meeting strangers and never share sensitive personal or financial details.
6. Intellectual property
SparkFive, its name, logo, and software belong to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app as intended. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or build competing services from it.
7. Disclaimers
SparkFive is provided "as is." We can't guarantee you'll meet someone you click with, that matches are always available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We don't pre-screen the people you meet beyond our verification and moderation systems.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SparkFive isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't legally be waived.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Community Rules, or where required by law. Serious violations may result in forfeiture of remaining tokens without refund.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; if changes are significant we'll let you know, and continuing to use SparkFive means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SparkFive operates. Questions? Email legal@sparkfive.xyz.
