1. Be a real person
Every account passes a live face check. Show your own face, be the age you say you are, and don't impersonate anyone else. Fake feeds, looped video, virtual cameras and pre-recorded clips all break the one thing that makes this work: realness.
2. Consent is everything
A call only continues past three minutes if both people choose to extend. If someone skips, ends, or stays quiet, that's a complete answer — respect it instantly. Never pressure anyone to keep talking, share more, or move off-platform.
3. Keep it clothed & legal
SparkFive is not an adult platform. No nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit behaviour on camera. No weapons, drugs, or illegal activity in frame. If you wouldn't do it in a café, don't do it here.
4. No hate or harassment
Zero tolerance for hate speech, slurs, threats, sexual harassment, or attacks on someone's race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability or appearance. Disagree, flirt, joke — but never demean. Three minutes is no excuse to be cruel.
5. No minors, ever
You must be 18 or older to use SparkFive. Any content that sexualises minors, or any attempt to involve a minor, results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the relevant authorities. No warnings, no exceptions.
6. Don't record others
We never record your calls — and neither should you. Screen-recording, screenshotting, or saving another person without their clear consent is a serious violation. What happens in three minutes stays between the two of you.
7. No spam or scams
No advertising, recruiting, fundraising, crypto pitches, OnlyFans promos, or links to external paid content. Don't ask people for money, gifts, or financial details. Genuine connection only — sell nothing.
8. Report, and we act
See something wrong? One tap to report and the call ends. Our team reviews reports in minutes, around the clock, and AI flags abuse in real time. Reporting in good faith never counts against you — silence helps no one.
9. Consequences
Minor first offences get a warning. Repeat or serious violations cost you your account and your tokens, with no refund. Illegal behaviour is reported to law enforcement. We'd much rather keep you here — so just be decent.
