1. What we collect
To run SparkFive we collect: account details (email, display name, date of birth); your face-verification result; usage data (matches, call durations, tokens spent); device and connection info; and payment details handled by our processor โ we never see your full card number.
What we don't collect: the audio or video of your calls. They are never recorded, transcribed, or stored.
2. Face verification
When you join, we run a one-time liveness check to confirm you're a real adult human. We store a secure, non-reversible signature of that check โ not a browsable photo of your face. It's used only to prevent fakes and repeat offenders, and you can request its deletion when you close your account.
3. How we use it
We use your data to match you, keep the community safe, process token purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with the law, and improve the service. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is active. Reports and safety records may be retained longer to protect the community. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep limited records.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Manage most of this in Settings, or email us and we'll handle the rest. We'll never penalise you for exercising these rights.
8. Children
SparkFive is strictly for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and any account found to belong to a minor is removed and its data deleted.
